This publication, written by RFUK’s Cameroonian partner FODER, examines the various incentives for sustainable community participation in the fight against illegal logging in Cameroon. The paper examines the legal framework for fighting illegal logging and its weaknesses, country wide norms and the need to improve incentives for community participation.
